17:45 - 18:30 (Natty Bongo) Boxercise is a sport based aerobic instructor led exercise that is utilized to keep the participant fit, but does not involve actually hitting anyone (or being hit). The sport offers a way for people with little interest in contact boxing to benefit from the fitness that the sport can bring.

18:00 - 19:30 (Sifu Paul J) Sifu Paul Johnson has had the good fortune to train and be recognised as an instructor under some of Jeet Kune Do's biggest names. We run classes and seminars for people of all ages and abilities so if you are wanting to learn Bruce Lee's art as it was meant to be, then you have come to the right place.

18:30 - 19:15 (Amal) Yoga can be as much or as little as you want it to be. For some it is purely a physical pursuit, keeping the body toned, strong and flexible. For others, yoga becomes more of a mindset and a way of living.

19:15 - 20:00 (Amal) This mind-body workout will develop your strength, flexibility and endurance while challenging your core. The combination of controlled breathing and co-ordinated movements will improve your posture and muscle tone, and re-engage you with muscles you had long since forgotten!
